About
James Kelley, MD
Two decades inside longevity medicine. A practice built around the life being lived.

Dr. James Kelley created VIREO after two decades inside longevity medicine, where he saw the same gap repeatedly: excellent clinical care was available, but the life around the data was rarely designed with the same intelligence.
Dr. Kelley trained in sports medicine, completed an MBA focused on early-stage medical innovation, and spent two decades in longevity, working with leading healthcare institutions including Cleveland Clinic Innovations, the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, and UCLA. He served as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a leading longevity nutrition company. His work has included clinical trials, physician education, published research, and direct collaboration with clinicians and researchers across the field.
His training also includes formal certification in executive and life coaching through Loyola Marymount University - the methodological foundation for VIREO's long-range life design work.
VIREO combines lifestyle longevity medicine, concierge-level implementation, and long-range life design. The work is personally led and built around the client's actual life: the home, schedule, sleep, food, movement, stress load, relationships, recovery, and the next chapter those systems are meant to support.
The goal is not to replace excellent clinical care. The goal is to make it usable inside the life.
